What is our return policy?
At Tusiņš Meitenēm, every piece is handpicked with love and style. To maintain the exclusivity and quality of our collections, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

I am shopping in Latvia - When will i get my order?
For Latvian Customers:
Your order will be shipped via our trusted courier to a designated locker in your name. Orders must be placed at least 2 days before the scheduled collection date — otherwise, they will not be included in that shipment.
Our couriers operate every two weeks. Any orders placed after the deadline will be shipped in the next collection cycle.

I am shopping in the UK - When will I get my order?
For UK Customers:
Your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail Second Class, a 3–5 working day delivery service. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with further details.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping Information:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order. You will always see the final shipping price before completing your purchase, so there are no surprises at checkout.
